  • Not damaged, washed, or altered
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Grooming items that have been opened or used
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged by pets after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.

4. Refunds

5. Shipping Costs
